My name is Alyssa Freda and I’m a sophomore at RVCC, with plans to transfer this fall. I’m currently studying general business but hope to major in business management and minor in analytics once I transfer. This project has helped me realize my passion for entrepreneurship and I hope to eventually open my own consulting firm, after gaining experience in the corporate world. I also hope to utilize this business plan within the next five to ten years and make it a reality, as I see true potential in the idea and have confidence that it will be successful. In my free time, I enjoy reading fiction novels, spending time with my family and friends, and trying out new recipes. I also like going on hikes and being active. I would really love the opportunity to travel the world one day and experience new cultures and perspectives. In addition, I love spending time with animals and would like to have my own animal sanctuary sometime in the future.

A comprehensive business plan to be used for the development of a business that I would eventually like to open, a chain of vegan fast-food restaurants. Included in this plan is an in-depth market analysis, business specifics such as locations, financials, staffing plans, and other essential aspects of the business. My plan was created by analyzing the plant-based food industry, the fast-food industry, key vegan demographics and statistics, competitor prices, and taxes/building expenses in multiple locations. The plan also includes detailed graphs projecting revenue, expenses, profit, and growth over the years. A full SWOT analysis and competitive analysis were conducted, to show future investors the potential that Plant Palate has to soar past other businesses and make a name for itself in the industry.
